  • Spring Mix
  • Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
  • Green Onions, sliced
  • Blue Cheese crumbles
  • Balsamic vinegrette

Instructions

Grill the steaks over very hot coals: 90 seconds on each side, and then another 45-60 seconds on each side, slice thinly.
