Ingredients

2 cups diced apples (4 apples, chunks)

1/2 cup oil

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients in a large bowl in the order listed. Pour into a 9x13 cake pan and cook for about an hour.
