Sheet Pan Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced thinly
- 3 bell peppers (red, green, or yellow), sliced
- 1 onion - halved and sliced
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 tsp chili pwd
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwd
- pinch chili flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat over to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine spices, and then add oil and stir. Toss chicken, veggies and oil / spic mixture together in a medium bowl, and spread out on a sheet pan. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and veggies are soft. Serve with tortillas, sour cream, avocado, etc...
