Little Cheddar Loaves

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean hamburger or venison
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c oatmeal
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 egg
  • Topping:
  • 1 Tbsp each of brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup

Instructions

Combine the meat and salt through egg in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 4-5 small loaves. Place in shallow pan.

Combine topping ingredients, and spread over tops of loaves.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
