Granola Cereal

- 2½ cups uncooked oatmeal
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup oil or melted butter ( I like to use coconut oil)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
Stir together first 4 ingredients. Combine butter and vanilla and pour over dry mixture. Stir well. Spread in a 9x13" pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350o F. Cool completely, stirring occasionally. Can keep refrigerated.
