Granola Cereal

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup oil or melted butter ( I like to use coconut oil)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

Stir together first 4 ingredients. Combine butter and vanilla and pour over dry mixture. Stir well. Spread in a 9x13" pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350o F. Cool completely, stirring occasionally. Can keep refrigerated.
