Grilled Pastrami

- Pepperidge Farm Jewish Rye bread (or Pumpernickel)
- ¾lb pastrami, thinly-sliced
- Swiss cheese (Tillamook is the best, Sargento is OK, don't get baby Swiss)
- Thousand Island dressing
- Saverne Artisanal Kraut: Craft Beer (optional)
Instructions
Add 2 layers of swiss cheese and then pile 6–7 slices of pastrami and roughly 2T of dressing.
