Grilled Pastrami

Ingredients

  • Pepperidge Farm Jewish Rye bread (or Pumpernickel)
  • ¾lb pastrami, thinly-sliced
  • Swiss cheese (Tillamook is the best, Sargento is OK, don't get baby Swiss)
  • Thousand Island dressing
  • Saverne Artisanal Kraut: Craft Beer (optional)

Instructions

Add 2 layers of swiss cheese and then pile 6–7 slices of pastrami and roughly 2T of dressing.
