Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin, sliced thin
  • Deli ham (pineapple-glazed or brown-sugar or hickory-smoked)
  • Swiss cheese (Tillamook is the best, Sargento is OK, don't get baby Swiss)
  • Dill pickles
  • Spicy Brown Mustard
  • White bread rolls
  • Butter

Instructions

Butter the inside and outside of the rolls generously. Layer pork, ham, swiss, pickles, and mustard on the sandwich. Grill in a sandwich press or fry in a frying pan, smashing the sandwich thin.
