Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground sausage
1 (30-32 oz) bag frozen tator tots
12 eggs
1 c. Milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic and onion powder
1 c shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for the top

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook sausage and drain fat. Grease bottom of a casserole dish (probably needs to be larger than a 9x13in) Place frozen tater tots in the bottom of casserole dish, then sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over tater tots, sausage, and cheese. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes. Can also cover well and freeze for a different day.
