Vogey Soup
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 c water
- 1 11.5 oz can bean w. bacon soup
- 1 10.75 oz can tomato soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 c shredded American cheese
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Instructions
Cook bacon till crisp, and crumble. Reserve 2Tbsp drippings in pan, and add frozen veggies, chopped onion, and water. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes, or till veggies are tender.
Stir in soups, milk, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir till heated through and cheese is melted. To serve, top with crumbled bacon and ladle into soup bowls.
