Blondie's Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 c sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking pwd
- 1 1/2 Tbsp baking cocoa
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp baking cocoa
- 1 1/4 c water
Instructions
Preheat over to 400 degrees and grease 1 1/2 - 2qt baking dish. In medium bowl, sift together flour, salt, sugar, baking pwd, and cocoa. Add milk, butter, and vanilla. Mix till smooth. In a separate small bowl, combine remaining sugar, brown sugar, baking cocoa, and water. Pour water mixture into baking dish. Scoop flour mixture into dish, and bake for 45 min. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
