Parmesan Broiled Tilapia

- 4 Tilapia fillets (defrosted if frozen)
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 1/8 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayo
- 1 Tbsp. dill (less if dried)
- pepper to taste
Instructions
Turn broiler onto high and put oven rack on top. Combine all ingredients except tilapia in a small bowl. Place tilapia fillets on a foil lined pan. Broil for 3 min. Remove from the oven, flip over and divide the parmesan mixture over the uncooked sides of the tilapia. Return to the oven and broil an additional 3-4 minutes, making sure not to over cook the fish.
Addition: Bob really wanted his fish to have a bit more texture, so I sprinkled a few Italian bread crumbs on his fillets. Definitely an easy addition, and he liked the meal much better that way.
