Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 c old fashioned oats
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking pwd
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/2 c butter, melted (Note: ok to substitute applesauce and flax.)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Can also add fruit (apples, peaches, pears), berries, nuts, coconut, etc...

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9in square pan. Bake at 350F for 40-45 min. Serve with milk, syrup, etc...
