Baked Oatmeal
breakfastIngredients
- 3 c old fashioned oats
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking pwd
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c butter, melted (Note: ok to substitute applesauce and flax.)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Can also add fruit (apples, peaches, pears), berries, nuts, coconut, etc...
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9in square pan. Bake at 350F for 40-45 min. Serve with milk, syrup, etc...
