Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • sour cream
  • 2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • cheddar cheese, shredded
  • flour totillas
  • salsa and chopped green chilis

Instructions

Combine soup, sour cream in sauce pan. Before heating, take out approximately 1/3 of mixture and place in a separate bowl. Add half of shredded cheese and chopped chicken to sauce pan and heat till warm.

Grease a 9x13" pan, and put 1/3 of reserved soup and sour cream mix on bottom of pan.

Spoon chicken mix onto flour tortilla, roll, and place in greased 9x13'' pan. May add salsa and chilis if desired.

Cover tortilla rolls with rest of reserved soup and sour cream mix, and sprinkle with rest of shredded cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven till warm and bubbly and cheese is melted.
