Ingredients: 2 shots Los Vecinos Espadin Mezcal; 1.75 shots (or a little less) Thai Chili-Lemongrass Syrup; ½ shot Whisky (Masterson's Rye); a few dashes of lemon juice; 1tsp (3 chunks) freshly chopped ginger; Angostura (optional); Syrup:; 16 oz. sugar; 16 oz. water; 2 stalks lemongrass, chopped; 2 Thai chiles

Copycat of Burma Superstar

Ingredients

2 shots Los Vecinos Espadin Mezcal
1.75 shots (or a little less) Thai Chili-Lemongrass Syrup
½ shot Whisky (Masterson's Rye)
a few dashes of lemon juice
1tsp (3 chunks) freshly chopped ginger
Angostura (optional)
Syrup:
16 oz. sugar
16 oz. water
2 stalks lemongrass, chopped
2 Thai chiles

Instructions

Simmer ingredients for syrup together for 15 minutes. Strain and let cool.
