Cobra Clutch
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. tequila blanco
- 0.5 oz. mezcal
- 0.5 oz. lime juice, fresh
- 0.5 oz. demerara or cane syrup
- 1 oz. pineapple juice, fresh if possible
- Rinse absinthe (verte or green like Vieux Pontellier or St. George)
Instructions
And all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Briefly shake to incorporate the ingredients, then pour into a large rocks glass. Top with more crushed ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
