  • Spring Mix
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
  • Deli turkey or chicken, chopped
  • Bacon
  • Hummus
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt

Instructions

Prepare the salad. Make a thinner hummus dressing by mixing hummus, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt, to taste.
